Rental Terms And Conditions

• Rented equipment is NOT transferable. The Lessee must personally return all rented equipment to the Lessor.

• The Lessee must exercise all due care of the equipment to prevent loss or damage during the rental period.

• The Lessee accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any loss or damage to the equipment caused by Lessee negligence or improper use. 'Improper use' includes using the equipment other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s and/or Lessor instructions, utilizing the equipment for a purpose other than intended, or allowing the equipment out of Lessee's control and custody without adequate protection from loss or damage.

• The Lessee will pay the full cost of repair or replacement for any equipment lost or damaged as a result of Lessee negligence or improper use.

• The Lessee must return all rented equipment to a member of the Lessor in person so that the equipment can be inspected for any visible damage, and the Lessee's deposit refunded (if applicable).

• If the Lessee wishes to renew the duration, they shall inform the Lessor at least two weeks before the expected return date.

• The pre-closure notice period is set at 60 days. Should the Lessee wish to terminate the lease before the agreed-upon period, they must provide a notice period of 60 days prior to execution.

• Late returns will result in the Lessee's deposit being withheld, and a fine will be charged at a rate of ₹200 per day.

• If the rented laptop is not returned within 7 days from the expected return date, charges for the next one month will be applicable.

• The Lessor has the right to cancel the agreement and ask for the return of the rented laptop with 7 days' notice to the Lessee.

• In the event of loss due to theft, the Lessee must report the missing items as soon as possible to the Lessor and provide a Police FIR Number once it has been reported stolen.

• In the event of loss due to theft, the Lessee has to bear all laptop and accessories costs as informed by the Lessor.

• Failure to return the equipment on time may result in the equipment being reported as stolen to the Police and recovery procedures being invoked.

• In the event of a problem with the equipment during the Lessee's rental period, please contact the Lessor, making it clear that the equipment is a rented item. The Lessee should NOT attempt to fix any hardware problems, as this could invalidate the warranty and leave them liable for damage/replacement costs.

• The Lessee must not alter or replace any parts in the Equipment.

• All equipment remains the property of Lessor, who reserve the right to invoice you for the full value of the laptop if it is damaged or not returned within 10 days of the agreed rental period.

• Any software installed or files downloaded using the laptops must comply with appropriate software licensing and adhere to Indian copyright law.

• No technical support is provided along with the rented laptop, except for hardware issues.

• The operating system license will be provided along with the laptop. It should not be tampered with or transferred.


By renting equipment from NEOSOLUS, the Lessee agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including charges for damages or late returns. It is the Lessee's responsibility to ensure the proper care and use of the rented equipment.
